1. Acceptance of Terms

By using kubicsolutions.com or purchasing any service from Kubic Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Kubic Solutions provides custom web development, WordPress theme development, plugin development, and related digital services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate project proposal or service agreement provided before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely project delivery, you agree to:

• Provide all required content, credentials, and assets within agreed timelines
• Respond to review requests and provide feedback promptly
• Ensure you hold the rights to any third-party content you supply to us
• Designate a single point of contact for approvals and communications

Delays caused by late content delivery or extended feedback cycles may affect the project timeline and are not the responsibility of Kubic Solutions.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use all custom code and design assets created specifically for your project. Kubic Solutions retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Any third-party libraries, plugins, or frameworks incorporated in your project remain subject to their respective licences. We will notify you of any licence obligations that apply to your deliverables.

5. Payments

Payment terms are set out in your individual project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit is required before work commences
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly surcharge on the outstanding balance
• Work may be paused or withheld until overdue invoices are settled

6. Revisions & Change Requests

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as detailed in your proposal. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope will be treated as change requests and quoted separately. We will always obtain your written approval before proceeding with out-of-scope work.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kubic Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or the website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service giving rise to that claim.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

We provide services on an “as-is” basis. While we take every care to deliver high-quality work, we do not warrant that deliverables will be entirely free of errors or that they will meet every specific requirement not documented in the project proposal.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kubic Solutions operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
