We stand behind our work. This policy explains when and how refunds apply to services purchased from Kubic Solutions. We encourage you to read it before placing an order.

1. General Policy

Because our services involve significant custom work and time investment, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the stage of the project at the time of the request. We are committed to fair outcomes for both parties.

2. Before Work Begins

If you cancel your project before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid, minus any payment processing fees charged by our payment provider.

To request a pre-commencement cancellation, please contact us in writing within 48 hours of payment.

3. During Active Development

Once work has begun, refunds are calculated based on the proportion of the project not yet completed at the time of the cancellation request:

0–25% complete: 75% of the total project fee is refundable
26–50% complete: 50% of the total project fee is refundable
51–75% complete: 25% of the total project fee is refundable
76–100% complete: No refund is available

Completion percentage is determined by Kubic Solutions based on work logged and deliverables produced. We will provide a transparent breakdown on request.

4. After Project Delivery

No refunds are issued after the final deliverable has been handed over and accepted, or after the site has been deployed to a production environment.

If you believe the final deliverable does not match the agreed specification, please raise a dispute within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve genuine discrepancies at no additional cost.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

Third-party software licences, plugins, or API subscriptions purchased on your behalf
Domain registrations or hosting fees paid to third-party providers
Rush or priority scheduling fees
Completed and approved milestone payments

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact us through our contact page with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your project name and the reason for your request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.

7. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your concerns. We are committed to reaching a fair resolution and prefer to resolve disputes informally before any formal action is taken.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time your order was placed will apply to your project.
